How to get designated as a Heart Safe School through ProjectADAM?

  1. Learn more about the Heart Safe School designation by visiting the ProjectADAM website https://www.projectadam.com/
  2. Review the requirements and apply for designation through the West Virginia Affiliate for ProjectADAM
  3. Develop a Heart Safe School Leadership team of nurses, faculty, coaches, students, parents and community partners.
  4. Meet with WVHSSP members to identify accomplishments and work through any barriers to obtaining designation.
